The last song “Jai Jawan” is dedicated to Flight Lieutenant Ronald Kevin Serrao brave pilot from Mangalore who expired in a Jaguar Plane Crash. The Lyrics are written by Allan D’Souza, Kishore Lobo and Lloyd Rego. The tunes are composed by Ashwin Pinto and vocals recorded at CAD media, Mangalore and Whitney Recordings Goa. Konkani movie “Kazaar” released on Nov. 27, 2009 at Mangalore-based Adlabs Udupi’s Alankar theatre. National award winner Dr. Richard Castelino, who directed this film.

Kazaar’, is a family based film which depicts the values of marriage.

The two hour film consists of 5 superhit songs and 12 actors playing the major roles. “Kazaar” is the debut movie of Larry Fernandes, son of the movie producer Frank Fernandes. The lead actress is Harshita Poonacha. The co-artists, Mithesh, Savia, Larina, Reena, Vipin, and so on, hail from Mangalore.

 Late Wilfy Rebimbus and late Mickmax composed the lyrics. Wilfy Rebimbus and Ragdev set the music. Vijay Bharathi is the music director. The play back singers are Radhika Menon, Hemanth, and Rony Crasta. The movie has been set in the beautiful areas of Chomakudru Madikeri, Mangalore airport, beaches of Goa, Dona Paula, Someshwar Beach, Karwar, Pilikula, Kings Cottage Madikeri, and so on.
